Make sure that your payment has been successfully processed! You will know that when a purchase confirmation has been sent to your email.
Alternatively, it’s possible that you are not in the right dance library that you selected to access upon our purchase. (Not applicable if you selected the ELITE plan, which gives you access to all 11 dance libraries.)
To check your library access and whether or not your payment has been processed:
Go to My Account
Select Manage Your Plan
Lastly, try to log out and log in to your account to see if your access has been successfully updated.
